Hello, I am asking you the El Jefe Frank_Evans of the Los Locotos Gang to become and allie with The Hizake Family Mafia.

This would mean the following:

In Times of War, You Must Help Defend, and Attack the Enemy.
We Will Do the same in return.

We Will Help Each Other With the Guns/Drugs Trade.

We Will Be an Unstoppable Force.
